Strong and Calm Yoga (40 Minutes)
This video is an example of a stronger yoga session, but, as the title implies, without getting hectic or rushed. Like my other videos, I try to make each session well-rounded, sensible and accessible. This video is in German, as are about 20% of the videos. The rest are in English. Have a watch and see what you think (or, how you feel!)
