Wake Up Session #4 (22 Minutes)
Among the most popular videos on my site are the ones for starting your day. Here is a moderate session to be done in the morning. I can’t recommend strongly enough the idea of having a daily ritual of body work to start your day. Try to carve out a few minutes each morning (or 22 minutes for this video!) and build a positive habit of supporting your body, mind and spirit.
