The retreat consists of 2.5-4 hours of body work per day. Time to deepen your yoga practice. Yoga in Mark's usual style: sensible; emphasis on a healthy approach; neither a yoga "boot camp" nor overly esoteric; even time for some movement with music. We eat dinner together in the lovely hotel dining room and we have access to the wellness area, including jacuzzi and sauna.
